WebsiteProposalClient portal
An example of your company experience, connected by Powerlily.
From first visit to long-term customer

A website connected to the business behind it.

A visitor can explore your work, choose equipment and request a quote. Later, their proposal and client portal carry the same company identity. Your public pages become another part of Powerlily, connected to the content and tools you already use.

01

Make it yours

Build the pages your company needs.

An About page, battery guide, services page or campaign landing page: arrange your own content within the same branded navigation, footer and appearance as the rest of your customer experience.

  1. 01.01

Design your homepage and custom pages

Start with a layout, then arrange sections, rows and columns. Edit text on the page, add imagery and buttons, and choose page addresses that make sense to your customers.

  2. 01.02

One visual identity across the journey

Use company themes, typography, surfaces and gradients across your pages. Shared navigation and footer keep custom content consistent with your catalogue, proposals and sign-in experience.

  3. 01.03

Go beyond a wall of text

Use image backgrounds, themed gradients, icons, calls to action and flexible layouts to give services and offers their own presentation.

  4. 01.04

    Build with Pericles

Ask Pericles to draft a page, refine a section or connect it to other pages you have created. Review the result and decide when to publish.

  5. 01.05

    Connect the whole site

Choose your homepage and organize links in the company navigation and footer. Visitors can move between custom pages and Powerlily features under the same brand.

02

Use what you already have

Your real business is the content.

Pages can display records already managed in Powerlily. Choose what to feature and arrange the page around it, while the connected content follows its source.

  1. 02.01

    Equipment, packages and solutions

Highlight an individual panel, inverter or battery, a collection of products, or a complete package. Use your existing equipment information instead of re-entering it on every page.

    Explore the equipment library
  2. 02.02

Installations with a story to tell

Show a published system, a collection of installations, available production totals or a map of your work. Only the systems and information you make public are eligible.

    Explore fleet management
  3. 02.03

    Articles that answer customer questions

Bring published knowledge-base articles into your pages. Put useful explanations beside the service, product or offer they support.

    Explore the knowledge base
  4. 02.04

    Enquiries enter the real pipeline

Add your contact form where visitors are ready to act. Submissions become leads with the routing and follow-up tools your team already uses.

    Explore CRM and lead capture
  5. 02.05

    Keep the relationship connected

Move from public pages to a personalized proposal and, after the sale, into the client portal for project updates, documents and system information. Private customer records remain protected.

    Explore the client portal
03

Your address, your choice

Use your main domain, not just a portal subdomain.

Connect a domain you own, including an apex domain such as solarco.com. Your website, proposal links and customer sign-in can all use that address. Or keep your main website elsewhere and use a subdomain such as portal.solarco.com for Powerlily.

  1. 03.01

    Apex domains and subdomains

An apex domain is the address without a prefix, such as solarco.com. A subdomain adds one, such as portal.solarco.com. Powerlily supports either, so you choose the role it plays in your online presence.

  2. 03.02

    Connect and activate with confidence

Domain settings guide you through the required DNS records, connection checks and HTTPS setup. Activate the address when it is ready to serve your company experience.

  3. 03.03

Publish when the page is ready

Preview layouts on desktop, tablet and phone. Save edits as a draft, then publish when you want visitors to see them. Publication history helps you revisit earlier work.

  4. 03.04

Prepare for search and bring old links along

Set page titles, descriptions and sharing images, and use the sitemap and search-readiness checks. Import existing content into drafts. If you move the old domain to Powerlily, map its old page paths to new published pages. If the original site stays elsewhere, redirects from that site must be configured there.

  5. 03.05

    Choose the level that fits

Custom domains are available on Professional and Powerlily Pro. Custom page creation and Pericles are included with Powerlily Pro. You can also keep an existing website and connect Powerlily forms or link to your company experience.
