What Powerlily is

Powerlily Inc develops Powerlily, a cloud platform that helps solar teams design systems, create proposals, manage leads and projects, coordinate field work, invoice customers, and monitor installed fleets. Each customer company has its own branded, isolated workspace.

Powerlily is software. It is not a solar installation contractor, equipment manufacturer, utility, lender, or consumer financing provider. Product claims on this page describe the Powerlily platform, not the work or performance of any customer company using it.

Powerlily follows a solar business from the first lead through long-term system service.

Company websites

Powerlily can optionally serve as a company's main website. Pro custom pages use the company theme and can display existing products, packages, published articles and public installations. Standard and Pro support an owned apex domain or subdomain; companies can also retain an existing website.

Interactive 3D solar design, current drone site surveys, roof and obstruction modelling, per-panel shading, hourly production simulation, battery analysis, stringing, SLDs, and permit plan sets.

Leads, customizable pipelines, client records, tasks, calendars, conversations, automations, campaigns, invoicing, customer texts, staff alerts, and team collaboration.

Work in the field

Crew scheduling, dispatch status, canvassing territories, lead capture, customer schedule texts and emails, and signed Site Safety forms.

Operate the fleet

Installed-system monitoring across supported inverter and battery platforms (Enphase, SolarEdge, APsystems and Tesla Powerhub), production history, issue visibility, and a branded customer portal.

Work with Pericles

Company-aware assistance for questions, summaries, writing, proposal content, and user-approved actions. Pericles is a Powerlily Pro feature.

A reusable document built in Powerlily’s visual document system. This is the public product name, not an implementation term.

Powerlily is multi-tenant. Quotes, leads, customers, designs, messages, and other workspace records belong to the customer company that created them. They are private, access-controlled data and are not part of this public reference.

Do not infer that one customer’s products, pricing, claims, or business practices represent Powerlily or another company using the platform.

Powerlily permits its public marketing and reference content to be indexed and used as input when answering a user’s request. Powerlily does not grant permission to use that content for model training.
