Capture the enquiry
Send leads from your website, advertising workflow or another CRM. Preserve the source, map custom form answers and use your form's routing when it is linked.

Keep work aligned
Read customer, project and equipment data. Create or update supported leads, projects, tasks, events and schedule blocks from your own tools.
- 03
Respond when it happens
Send project, lead, invoice, payment and installed-system events to your own endpoints. Signed webhooks include delivery history, retries and manual replay.
For your developer, or your AI coding assistant
Start with the actual contract.
Download the OpenAPI specification and integration brief before you sign up. They describe the supported endpoints, permissions, request fields and webhook verification, so your developer can work from the product's current interface.
Give the same brief to an AI coding assistant to help build your integration. For an assistant that reads your existing projects and daily work, Powerlily also provides a dedicated MCP connection with your own sign-in and approved permissions.
- Scoped access
- Create a named credential for each integration. Choose its permissions, set an expiry and revoke it when the connection is no longer needed.
- Predictable requests
- Use documented JSON responses, pagination and change filters. Idempotency keys support safe retries of supported POST requests.
- Traceable events
- Verify webhook signatures and inspect delivery attempts. Replay a failed delivery after the receiver is ready.
- Defined boundaries
- Billing reads are available; payment mutation, signing and design geometry remain in their dedicated product workflows. The specification lists the supported writes.
