- Specification-sheet catalog imports Catalog managers can upload a manufacturer specification sheet from the import area or attach it to a Pericles conversation. Extracted panel, inverter, battery, and general-equipment variants are placed in a private company staging batch rather than immediately added to the catalog.
- Catalog import review and approval Staged products can be edited, approved, or rejected individually or in bulk. Successful items remain approved if another item fails validation, approved products retain the original specification sheet, and completed or unwanted batches can be reviewed or deleted.
- Unified catalog administration Product settings, catalog listings, collections, and specification-sheet imports now share a consistent menu, making related equipment-management tasks easier to navigate.
- Private-equipment indicators for staff Staff members who use hidden company equipment can now see the “Only visible to you and your team” indicator across panels, inverters, batteries, storage, and other equipment, even without full company-management permission.
- Predictable formatted-number editing Currency and number fields keep the caret stable while typing, and backspace and delete behave naturally around grouping commas. Blank incentive overrides remain blank, while minimum monthly fees reliably accept comma-formatted decimals.
- Consistent phone numbers Phone fields across leads, quotes, clients, offices, companies, onboarding, and canvassing format North American numbers during entry and reject invalid values instead of truncating them. Phone numbers also display consistently across profiles, invoices, proposals, documents, emails, verification notices, and texting history, with international formatting where appropriate.
- Clearer calendar task switch The calendar’s Show tasks control now works as one fully clickable labeled switch, with clearer hover, keyboard-focus, and selected states.
- Discoverable email personalization Email-template writers can type @ to search client, quote, system, company, team-member, and custom data by name, key, description, or group. Friendly variable chips use the same definitions at writing and send time, reducing unresolved or incompatible personalization.
- Editable variables in installed templates Prebuilt campaigns and automation recipes now display their personalization values as the same editable chips used in manually written messages, making installed content easier to understand and customize.
- Stable email previews Live previews remain reliable while rich text is edited, correctly resolve variable chips, and load company logos even when no matching sample record is available.
- Editable proposal-open alerts New and existing companies receive active automation recipes for proposal-open notifications, including a dedicated first-open email. Companies can edit the wording or pause these alerts while retaining proposal links and existing SMS preferences.

- Reliable revision handoff Expert-design staff receive notifications when revision notes are created or updated and can view both the original brief and requested changes. The requester is notified on delivery, and late details submitted after the initial delivery automatically open an included revision instead of being lost.
- Reliable inverter updates A blank inverter quantity now shows a validation message and preserves the existing line instead of failing or partially changing the quote. Valid edits keep equipment values and quote totals synchronized.
- More reliable document processing Analysis, previews, and PDF processing now recover from brief conflicts while newly uploaded document information is being updated, reducing failed processing.
- Accurate shared-document layouts Image placeholders retain their intended padding, borders, sizing, and other styling. Cover images fill minimum-height slots, charts keep their intended proportions and colors, and embedded 3D previews fill the same boxes as ordinary images.
- Unified shared-document action dock Public documents now provide a responsive, company-accented dock for PDF download or printing and View 3D. The 3D action appears only when a usable scene exists, and restored icons make heatmap, shadows, fullscreen, download, and close controls visible.
- Two-way visual design editing Designers can copy existing design markup and styling or paste externally created work, then replace the canvas or append it. Editor-specific placeholder guidance helps imported templates retain dynamic information and signing behavior.

- Pericles invoice and receivables answers Pericles can report invoiced and paid amounts for a period, outstanding and overdue balances, and specific invoice details instead of inferring them from sales information.
- Richer quote answers from Pericles Quote lookups now provide system size, annual production, energy offset, equipment, and pricing, allowing design questions to use recorded quote values.
- Longer Pericles workflows The assistant can complete more dependent lookup rounds before answering and reuse prior results for repeated identical requests, improving multi-step searches while avoiding duplicate approval prompts.
- Pericles request reliability Tool-assisted assistant requests can once again complete without the compatibility failure that previously prevented some answers.
- Clearer marketing-email administration Marketing email lists, details, creation, and editing now use a consistent settings-style layout with clearer status, audience, delivery information, validation, navigation, and actions.

3D design tool
- AI roof detection Authorized designers can confirm a Detect roof action to identify roof lines and closed facets from aerial imagery, create smart-roof geometry, and apply the existing plane, baseline, and wall-classification workflow. Completion feedback reports detected facet and line counts, while invalid images, outlines, busy processing, and temporary outages receive specific guidance.
- Roof detection without elevation data AI roof scanning remains available when no elevation surface is loaded and can build the roof wireframe from imagery alone. When elevation data is present, it also fits heights, slopes, and baselines; otherwise designers are prompted to verify inherited geometry values.
- More complete inferred roof footprints The selected roof perimeter is now incorporated into the inferred planar graph, helping close facets when interior lines alone are incomplete. Detected endpoints and small junction defects are also repaired to reduce missing polygons and tiny malformed facets.
- Cleaner inferred roof geometry AI-generated roofs remove overlapping face artifacts, synchronize shared boundaries, preserve elevation-derived wall edges, and reject changes that materially alter roof area. Neighboring facets meet more consistently without malformed or overlapping planes.
- Elevation-guided roof repairs Elevation evidence can identify missing roof divisions, including gable ridges, and add a bounded split when imagery has joined materially different planes. Existing good roof topology is preserved, and invalid, weak, or slow repair candidates fall back safely.
- Correct triangular roof fitting Automatic elevation fitting now recognizes point-ended triangular facets, uses the level ridge as the baseline, and applies the correct inverted slope and orientation.
- True intersection snapping While drawing, designers can snap directly to the actual crossing point of two roof edges instead of only the nearest point on either edge.
- Edge-extension and parallel snaps Designers can continue a line beyond an existing edge endpoint along an outward guide and align new segments parallel to reference edges, alongside existing perpendicular and 45-degree guidance.
- Consistent snapping at every zoom Snap reach now follows screen distance, giving hover, click placement, drawing, and geometry dragging a more consistent feel across zoom levels, canvas sizes, and sensitivity settings.
- More predictable compound snapping Compatible guide constraints can resolve into compound targets without relying on a narrow set of combinations. Candidates are deduplicated, visibility checked, weighted, and stabilized so hidden geometry does not suppress the next usable target.
- Smoother snapping on dense roofs Drawing and dragging use bounded candidate processing and indexed edge checks, reducing repeated full-roof work on complex designs.
- Reliable heatmaps and production calculations Heatmap sampling and panel simulation now use corrected dimensions and precise sample addressing, preventing blank, shifted, corrupted, or incorrect results in affected browser graphics environments.
- Automatic weather-data recovery Saved weather rows without usable irradiance are rejected and refreshed instead of being used for heatmaps or production. Cached weather that arrives before the project location is ready now waits rather than interrupting scene loading.
- Restored analysis geometry Opening a design with saved production results preserves those results while rebuilding the temporary geometry needed for later heatmap and simulation work.
- Stable repeated solar analysis Repeated runs reuse analysis resources and update progress controls only when their displayed state changes, reducing graphics-memory growth and keeping simulations more responsive.
- Stable setback hatching Setback and excluded-space hatching follows the actual 3D roof boundary, surface normal, rendered vertices, and triangulation. This prevents camera-dependent clipping, boundary leakage, flicker, and missing triangles on pitched, textured, adjusted, or older facets.
- Consistent panel overlays Roof hatching remains behind panels and frames, while setback and overhang warnings stay above them in both 2D and 3D views. Orthographic geometry now rebuilds correctly when changing views.
- Smoother panel-mode entry Reusable setback, highlight, and placement-preview materials reduce recurring pauses when entering panel mode, rotating the placement preview, or changing panel orientation.
- Roof edits preserve unaffected contents Editing a smart-roof facet clears panels and obstructions only from the edited surface and wall-connected surfaces that actually changed. Contents on roof sections separated by walls remain intact.
- More accurate obstruction detection Automatic scans better distinguish round vents, box vents, chimneys, and conservative keep-out areas. Overlapping detections are reconciled using footprint shape and confidence so the 3D object better matches the roof.
- Cleanly embedded round vents Cylindrical vents extend below sloped roof planes according to pitch, removing exposed downhill rims and gaps while preserving visible height, cap position, collision area, and selection outline.
- Responsive obstruction and tree scans Expensive image-analysis phases yield between steps and limit simultaneous work, while detected trees are created in small batches. This keeps pointer movement and rendering responsive during larger scans.
- Smaller single-line diagram PDFs Standalone diagram exports are compressed and rasterized at print-ready resolution based on actual page dimensions and orientation, reducing files from roughly 36 MB to a few megabytes while retaining crisp linework.
- Smoother design interaction Production statistics, simulation progress, cursor guidance, panel counts, wall controls, and Design Assistant summaries avoid repeating unchanged page updates. This reduces interaction stutter during frequent editing.
- Optional Trees stage completion The Design Assistant now treats the optional Trees step as complete once the designer proceeds to panel layout, so intentionally skipped tree placement no longer leaves the workflow appearing unfinished.
- Flicker-free image captures Saving 3D or top-down images no longer clears or resizes the live transparent canvas. Real layout changes repaint immediately, while redundant resize events are ignored to prevent black flashes.
- Smoother camera lighting Camera navigation now manages ambient occlusion transitions more smoothly, reducing flat-looking flashes, lighting rebuilds, and navigation jutter on graphics-heavy designs.
- Stall-free first tree placement The first tree prepares its visual effects asynchronously while briefly hidden, avoiding the large first-placement pause seen on some devices. Later trees reuse the prepared effects.
- More responsive polygon editing Edge, glow, right-angle, and wall-highlight visuals are reused during drawing and selection, reducing recurring pauses while previewing, editing, and hovering roof geometry.
- Faster multi-building roof updates Watertight roof geometry is retained per connected building, so editing one building no longer requires every building in the scene to be rebuilt.
- Smoother baseline navigation The baseline editing widget hides while orbiting or panning and returns in the correct position when motion stops, avoiding heavy layout work while keeping wheel-zoom updates live.
- Reliable elevated-object selection Designers can select or double-click tall walls and tree canopies from ground-level views even when the pointer does not reach the ground plane. Hover and click use the same nearest object, while empty-sky clicks remain harmless.
- Seasonal scene fixes Snowmen place immediately without a lengthy ground scan, search outward from exterior eaves, favor grass-like areas, and keep clear of buildings, trees, and doorways. Ground snow is seam-free and fades fully between perspective and orthographic views.
- Planset supplemental documents The planset wizard now keeps generated plan sheets together and locked first while allowing supplemental PDFs to be added and reordered after them.
- Parcel identifiers in plansets Designers can enter a PID, PIN, APN, or similar parcel identifier without purchasing property-boundary data. The value can also come from available parcel information, remains editable, persists with the design, appears in project data and title blocks, and is included in exported property information.
- Contextual design tutorials Designers can open stage-specific help for Draw Facets, Refine, Trees, Surfaces, and Finalize without leaving the workflow. New Drawing Roof Facets and Wall Toggling videos provide direct guidance, and videos load only when opened.
- Clearer roof and wall appearance controls The facet panel now provides an accessible top-surface color control and a clearly labeled restore-satellite-imagery action. Wall features and textures use more legible cards with stronger selected, hover, focus, and upload states.
- Less intrusive toolbar tips Toolbar tips wait briefly before appearing, avoiding distracting popups when designers move quickly across controls while retaining help for intentional hovers.
Powerlily mobile app (Lilypad)
- Reliable navigation Coming to the app, back buttons will use the active navigation stack, while a persistent branded header will keep company identity, notifications, account controls, and a reliable route home available on deeper screens.
- More useful workspace drawer The floating drawer will open by tapping its larger handle or dragging it, with accessibility and touch feedback. Staff will gain a Calendar shortcut, while canvass-only users will no longer see inaccessible or redundant Leads and Clients links.
- Safer project documents Project documents with missing names, types, or sizes will remain usable, with “Document” and other safe defaults used for display, opening, sizing, and file icons.
- Accessible equipment filters The equipment filter sheet will gain an explicitly labeled close button and a clearer title layout for easier navigation with accessibility tools.
- Edit and remove chat messages Lilypad users will be able to correct or delete messages when permitted. Blank edits will be rejected, and messages outside the allowed conditions will return a clear explanation.
- Pinned conversations first Pinned chats will stay above other inbox conversations, with remaining threads ordered by recent activity for faster access to important discussions.
- Searchable client directory The client list will support faster lookup and show profile imagery, tags, quote and system counts, and concise client-portal status information.
- Expanded client workspace Client records will provide Overview, Updates, and Files areas with contact information, office, stage, sentiment, portal state, quotes, systems, and other customer context.
- Edit client details Authorized staff will be able to update a client’s name, email, phone, and address with validation and clear save feedback. Email changes will follow the company’s confirmation rules and client-management permission.
- Manage client relationships Users will be able to search office-scoped records, attach or remove quotes and systems, and keep those associations current from the client profile.
- Client tags and updates Authorized users will be able to add or remove company tags and post updates directly on client records, keeping organization and activity notes together.
- Client file management Client profiles will support uploading, opening, and deleting documents on native devices and the mobile web experience.
- System detail editing Authorized administrators will be able to update a system’s title, location, DC and AC capacity, notes, and other settings. Invalid negative or nonnumeric capacities will be rejected.
- Manual production refresh Administrators will be able to request fresh production information from a system page and immediately see updated details for the selected period, with clear unsupported-service and failure feedback.
- More accurate production charts Missing production readings will be omitted rather than shown as zero-production days, keeping the latest real results visible when reporting is delayed.
- Advanced project filtering Users will be able to filter projects by workflow or no workflow, stage, status, owner, office, and quote states such as unsent, unopened, signed, or incomplete. Search will cover customer name, email, and address, with sorting by recent updates, creation date, or project name.
- Paginated project browsing Large project portfolios will load in pages, allowing additional results and refreshed lists without relying on one fixed-size fetch. The Home filter area will also be more compact while retaining the active-filter count.
- Office-aware mobile workflows Multi-office teams will be able to filter projects, leads, clients, calendar events, canvass statistics, customer maps, and door activity by office, with office context shown on records. Office-locked representatives will remain limited to their assigned location.
- Correct office assignment New mobile-created records will inherit the signed-in user’s active office context, preventing work from being left unassigned or placed under the wrong office.
- Full quote-pricing management Authorized users will be able to view totals, yearly production, applied and available catalog choices, incentives, financing, and presentation settings. They will be able to switch pricing methods and edit price per watt, installation cost, tax, detailed-pricing visibility, financing visibility, and the default cash view.
- Quote equipment and adjustments Users will be able to search equipment and battery catalogs, filter by category, and add, update, or remove batteries, other equipment, additional costs, and deductions. Quantities and prices will be validated, duplicates blocked, totals recalculated, and each action recorded.
- Quote incentives Teams will be able to add, edit, or remove configured incentives and supported per-quote overrides, including percentage, flat, per-watt, per-panel, storage-capacity, and first-year-production discounts. Changes will recalculate totals and prevent duplicates.
- Quote financing options Quote managers will be able to add active company financing templates, rename options, adjust down payments, choose the customer-facing option, and remove financing. Duplicate options will be blocked and actions recorded in project notes.
- Project identifiers across options Quote managers will be able to set a project number and site ID once and synchronize them across the original quote and every option in its family, with an audit note on each.
- Recipient details across options Authorized managers will be able to update a recipient’s name, email, and phone across the complete quote-option family without changing the project address.
- Consistent quote-option management Managers will be able to update and reorder individual options, and opening any duplicate option will return the complete family in its saved order.
- Project tags Project tags will appear on project details, and staff with quote-management access will be able to add or remove them without leaving the mobile workflow.

- Project events Authorized users will be able to create events with start and end times from a project timeline, then update or remove them without leaving the project.
- Project tasks Quote managers will be able to create project-linked tasks with a title, description, teammate, due date, and low-through-critical priority. Priority colors will remain consistent, and existing tasks can still be completed from the list.
- Project safety forms Field teams will be able to create safety records from templates, complete conditional fields, edit or delete drafts, add or remove drawn signatures, and mark forms complete. Required answers and signatures will be rechecked before completion, and scheduled work can default to the visit date.
- Drone site capture Eligible projects will provide a photo, video, and archive upload workflow for drone processing, with file preflight checks, GPS information where available, persistent pending uploads, retries, progress, recent status, and failure details. Related push notifications will open the capture directly.
- Better drone-capture placement The capture shortcut will move into Project Documents beside the files it produces, and uploader spacing will keep lower controls clear of device navigation and safe areas.
- Notification cleanup Users will be able to remove individual notifications or clear all previously read history while preserving unseen notifications.
- Coordinate-backed project maps Projects with saved latitude and longitude will appear on maps even when they have no address and do not need to be geocoded again.
- Searchable lead lists Lead lists will support search across name, address, phone, and email, stage filtering, result counts, paginated loading, and map-bound filtering for larger lead books.

- Remove obsolete knocks Representatives will be able to remove their own synchronized or offline queued knock directly from its map sheet after a two-step confirmation.
- Duplicate-safe offline knocks If an offline knock is resubmitted after a lost response, the app will return the original matching record rather than creating duplicate knocks, leads, or appointments.
- Lead history and field notes Representatives will be able to review a visible lead’s knock history, read notes with author and timestamp details, and add new notes from the field.
- Lead documents Representatives will be able to upload and review roof photos, power bills, and other files on leads they can access, with file details, previews, and download access.

- Mobile support inbox Authorized Powerlily staff will be able to view recent customer threads across companies, filter conversations awaiting a person, read transcripts, mark threads read, reply, and pause or resume Pericles. Staff replies will automatically pause automation to prevent competing responses.
