Pericles can now help more of your team prepare for customer conversations and move projects forward. Staff on AI-enabled subscriptions can receive customer briefs, review project health, trace complete activity histories, and understand proposal engagement, all within their existing permissions and record visibility.
System operations and scheduling also received substantial upgrades. Connected systems can import detailed array layouts and show live power flow, while events now support team attendees, multiple reminders, explicit customer opt-in, and more reliable timing after appointments move.
The 3D design tool produces more complete detected roofs and can automatically align elevation data with aerial imagery. The next Powerlily mobile app release will add global search, manual lead creation, richer canvassing tools, project schedule history, and tighter role-aware navigation.
Powerlily
- Pericles for more team roles Staff beyond administrators can use Pericles on AI-enabled subscriptions. Available tools and records follow each person’s module grants, branch scope, record access, and pricing visibility.
- Customer and project intelligence in Pericles Teams can request a customer brief covering visible leads, projects, tasks, events, recent activity, and permitted invoices. Pericles can also assess project readiness, build a chronological project history, and review proposal viewing and signing activity.
- Safer Pericles actions Proposed changes are checked again against the user’s current permissions when approved. Pericles cannot update, assign, schedule, or attach work to inaccessible leads or projects.
- Recover pending Pericles actions Pending approval cards reappear when a conversation is reopened or a card was missed, allowing users to approve or dismiss the action.
- Export Pericles conversations Authorized conversations can be downloaded as Markdown files with timestamped messages, proposed-action details, statuses, and previews.
- Pericles on shorter screens Messages and introductory content now scroll or shrink while the composer and disclaimer remain available.
- Import connected-system array layouts Companies can select equipment from their catalog and import array groups, module positions, serial numbers, tilt, azimuth, and capacity data from a connected monitoring system. Later syncs refresh managed arrays while preserving layouts that users manually repositioned, with a summary of additions, updates, removals, and skipped items.
- Live system power flow Authorized users can start an optional live stream from a connected system page. It shows solar production, home consumption, grid import or export, battery charging or discharging, and state of charge, then stops automatically after 10 minutes.
- Better authorization recovery Expired monitoring authorization now leads users to Systems settings with reconnection instructions instead of an error. Powerlily also attempts safe credential recovery where available.
- More accurate saved array layouts The layout editor retains each module’s placement, rotation, serial number, and dimensions, improving the accuracy of imported and freely arranged layouts when reopened.
- Reliable array calculations and loading Removing an inverter now clears outdated AC capacity, inverter count, and DC-to-AC ratio values. The array map also handles loading, navigation, and editor cleanup more safely.
- Team attendees and multiple event reminders Event creators can select active team attendees and configure several preset or custom reminder times from the full form or calendar modal. Attendees receive in-app, push, and email reminders, and event details show the selected people and reminder setup.
- Explicit customer reminder opt-in Teams choose whether a customer should receive an event reminder and how far in advance it should be sent. Customer reminders default to off and can be delivered by branded email and SMS when texting is enabled.
- Reminders follow rescheduled events Moving an appointment now carries its reminders forward and activates only valid future reminders, reducing missed, duplicated, or incorrectly timed notifications.
- Expanded event controls for integrations Integrations can read and write attendee IDs, multiple reminder offsets, and customer-reminder settings. The existing reminder time field remains compatible and reports the next undelivered reminder.
- Setter and closer attribution New canvassing and manually entered leads retain the original setter separately from the current assignee. Routing and later reassignment no longer erase sourcing credit, and existing door leads receive setter attribution from their first knock.
- Lead ownership across records and integrations Setter and assignee details are available on lead pages, lists, CSV exports, and integration responses. Lead integrations can also accept setter IDs.
- Recorded lead handoffs Reassigning a lead adds an Assigned to note to its activity feed and alerts the new owner, including later handoffs of door leads.
- More reliable closer routing Sales roles that can edit quotes are again available in closer rosters and round-robin routing. They retain routing relationships through role changes, while non-staff identities are excluded.
- Custom roles across Powerlily Company-defined roles now use their current grants throughout navigation, search, dashboards, record access, and mobile sessions. Branch and workflow scopes are applied consistently instead of relying on legacy role names.
- Separate team and company permissions Custom roles can manage the team roster without receiving access to company configuration. Theme, domain, portal, navigation, communications, landing-page, footer, and webhook settings require Company settings: Manage.
- Stronger pricing privacy Roles without pricing access no longer receive quote statistics, pipeline totals, revenue analytics, quote costs, client quoted values, lead revenue, or fleet energy values. New custom roles start with pricing hidden.
- Read-only fleet access Staff with Systems: View can open and search the fleet without receiving edit controls. Fleet records, totals, and insights follow branch visibility, and staff equipment links open the company catalog.
- Safer client and linked-record privacy Portal clients can read only their own systems. Staff client workspaces hide system records and counts without Systems access, while client tasks follow Clients-module visibility and assignment permissions.
- Client workflows follow custom grants Authorized client managers can update visible clients, comments, documents, watch settings, and portal-viewing workflows without requiring a company administrator role. Read-only users remain limited to records they can view.
- Dashboard and search visibility Dashboard maps, system alerts, workflow filters, and global search results now follow module, branch, workflow, and record access. Lead viewers can use lead follow-up panels, team managers can see team presence, and map editing links appear only for lead editors.
- Calendar association safeguards Creating linked events or submitting proposal meeting requests requires the correct lead or quote edit permission. Attempts to link inaccessible records now return a clear denial instead of creating an unrelated event.
- Unavailable actions stay hidden Invoice, lead, client, quote, event, workflow, and task screens show editing and other change controls only when the current role can use them.
- Final administrator protection Non-staff identities are excluded from team rosters and assignee lists, and do not count as a surviving company administrator. Actions that would remove or demote the final administrator are blocked and greyed out in advance.
- More reliable role previews Administrators can see derived assistant access, retain invitation details after validation errors, and preview a role using the selected member’s real branch and record scope. Switching previewed roles preserves that scope, and safety signatures record the actual role name.
- Custom-role canvassing access Team members with Canvassing access can open the web canvass map regardless of whether they use a built-in or custom role. Canvass is also easier to find in navigation, commands, and dashboard widget choices.
- Flexible closer assignments Managers can configure closer assignments for custom field-sales roles, with eligible closer choices following current lead-access grants.
- Door-level web canvassing maps Detailed roadmap and satellite layers make individual buildings easier to identify while preserving territories, disposition pins, drawings, filters, location following, and door-focused navigation.
- Remove your own canvassing markers Canvassers can remove an owned knock or lead marker after the short undo window. Related leads or consultations are removed only when it remains safe to do so.
- Original drone video uploads Site Capture can accept an original drone video without a separately extracted GPS subtitle file. Existing video and matching subtitle uploads still work, while incomplete or unusable selections receive guidance on what to provide.
- Streamlined quote and project headers Design options, client details, project context, tasks, tags, and notification settings now use consistent compact controls across screen sizes.
- Project status from the quote header Authorized team members can change project status from a compact dropdown. Project dates remain nearby, and projects on hold can now include an estimated completion date.
- Better quote task summaries The quote header always links to tasks and shows total and overdue counts, including on smaller screens. Counts refresh immediately when tasks change.
- Compact proposal titles Slim proposal headers keep long titles to one line, preserve representative-avatar sizing, and group edit, save, and cancel controls neatly.
- Improved workflow setup Workflow and stage editors now use a consistent compact workspace with clearer breadcrumbs, guidance, validation, stage details, theme-aware colors, and more distinct navigation and destructive actions.
- Cleaner workflow boards All stages now sit on one subtly tinted canvas with lighter columns, reducing visual clutter while keeping cards and drag-and-drop lanes easy to scan.
- Aligned sticky workflow headers CRM and workflow headers now account for the actual navigation height, preventing overlap at different zoom levels, responsive sizes, or larger typography settings.
- Safe sign-in from workflow links Opening a workflow link after a session expires now prompts the customer to sign in before loading the workflow.
- Full-width Form Builder Switching to Form Builder hides the help rail so the builder receives the full lead-settings workspace while preserving spacing beneath the tabs.
- Refreshed tag management Company managers have a responsive workspace for creating, editing, and deleting reusable client, lead, and quote tags. It shows color and assignment counts, updates rows without reloading, and keeps validation messages visible.
- Email bodies send as written Marketing and automation emails no longer insert an automatic greeting. Previews now match the subject-and-body format recipients receive.
- Dashboard live-demo registration Team members can reserve a seat for the next Friday demo, see confirmation, add it to their calendar, cancel securely, and register again after cancelling. Confirmation emails and timed reminders exclude cancelled registrations, and the dashboard invitation can be hidden until the next weekly session.
- Dedicated plan comparison Active subscribers can compare plans from billing or a gated feature, see the relevant recommended plan, and return to their previous workflow. Team members without billing permission can review options without changing the subscription.
- Clearer Powerlily Go billing details Billing information now explains that Powerlily Go uses pay-as-you-go expert-design credits, while unlimited self-serve quoting belongs to other plans.
- Clearer client lists Client action menus are no longer clipped. Empty results now distinguish an empty client database from active filters and offer the appropriate add-client or clear-filter action.
- Visible notices during navigation Success and error messages remain above the navigation bar during page changes.
- Restored dashboard map The dashboard map once again displays a functional light or dark basemap without watermarks.
- Clearer Help Center navigation Product navigation consistently uses Changelog for release news and Help Center for documentation. Existing saved announcement links continue to work.
- Scrollable article navigation Support article tables of contents remain below the main navigation and use the available screen height.
- Portal profile deletion Portal clients can delete their own profiles without being incorrectly blocked by the safeguard for a company’s final staff member.
- Automation menus stay visible Action menus on automation cards now appear above neighboring cards, keeping every option selectable.
3D design tool
- More complete automatic roof detection Detection now combines imagery boundaries with elevation-derived roof planes more reliably, preserving perimeters, bends, corners, hip junctions, and small facets while bridging minor gaps. Generated interiors use accepted plane intersections, producing cleaner coverage and topology on complex roofs.
- Automatic elevation alignment Designers can automatically align elevation data with aerial imagery from the elevation controls. Roof detection verifies alignment before generating facets and stops with a clear message when the data cannot be verified.
- Saved alignment and plane analysis Verified alignment and completed plane analysis are retained with saved designs, avoiding unnecessary work when reopening a scene. Stale alignment is invalidated after relevant site or elevation changes.
- More accurate elevation placement Elevation data now uses its actual geographic placement rather than assuming requested crop boundaries, correcting site-specific offsets between elevation and aerial imagery.
- Detected roofs open for 2D review Successful roof detection automatically switches to orthographic view so designers can immediately inspect and adjust the generated outline and facets. Progress and configuration messages are also clearer.
- Roof shapes integrate with smart facets Dormers, hip dormers, A-frames, hip roofs, and shed shapes are cut and welded into every facet they span instead of floating above the roof. Shared geometry carries slope, height, wall, and valley behavior through the connected roof and prevents panels from being placed beneath the shape.
- Connected embedded roof shapes Integrated shapes inherit the host roof’s smart group, and wall classification is recalculated across the affected roof. This keeps the result editable as one roof and restores walls that could be omitted between host and embedded facets.
- Mirrored dormers stay synchronized Linked dormer wings continue editing symmetrically after integration, even when welding adds vertices or a shared host vertex is moved. An on-canvas hint explains the mirrored move and the options for a one-time independent adjustment or permanent unlinking.
- Smart Draw crossing warnings Smart Draw blocks a proposed facet edge that would cross an existing polygon and shows a warning before placement. Basic Draw and intentional segmentation remain available when crossing a footprint is required.
- Consistent active drawing tools Cursor, preview, mode hint, and click handling now agree on the selected shape tool. Releasing Shift from a sidebar input also completes mode selection and restores camera zoom correctly.
- More reliable smart-roof edits Moving vertices or edges, collapsing geometry, applying elevation heights, or fitting selected facets now recalculates walls before realigning connected facets. This reduces stale walls, incorrect neighbors, and separated ridges.
- Height adjustments survive topology changes Custom vertex heights remain attached to their original roof coordinates when shared vertices are inserted or removed. New edge vertices receive interpolated heights, preventing ridge values from shifting onto eaves.
- Wall-separated components remain independent Editing or realigning one connected roof component no longer clears height overrides on unrelated components separated by walls.
- Correct slope direction on irregular facets Clockwise, counter-clockwise, and irregular outlines now use the same slope calculation as editing and alignment tools, fixing surfaces that appeared inverted or sloped from the wrong baseline side.
- More reliable watertight roofs Roof generation verifies wall coverage edge by edge, tolerates small seam drift and subdivided edges, and rejects stale caps after footprint edits. This reduces missing walls, stretched or inverted surfaces, and gaps between roof surfaces and walls.
- Inferred roof connections persist Automatically detected facets retain their smart-roof group when a design is saved and reopened, preserving wall ownership and connected editing behavior.
- Clearer elevation analysis status The elevation interface distinguishes missing data, waiting analysis, work in progress, and completed plane analysis. It shows inferred patch counts and explains when analysis will run and what is saved with the scene.
Powerlily mobile app
- Role-scoped global search Coming to the app, users will be able to search permitted quotes, leads, clients, events, panels, inverters, batteries, and other equipment from one place. Category filters and prefixes narrow results, and pricing remains hidden for roles without pricing access.
- Manual lead creation Team members with lead-management permission will be able to create phone-in, referral, walk-in, and other manual leads from the leads screen. Name, typed address, and phone can be used before an email is available, with the creator recorded as setter and assignee and the lead excluded from door-knocking KPIs.
- Project schedule history Schedule-enabled users will be able to review all work for a project from its Field tab, including older completed visits, cancelled visits, and future work, then open individual work details.
- Dedicated Schedule navigation Schedule-enabled roles will receive a persistent Schedule tab, plus a direct route from work details to the related project when permitted.
- Faster canvassing maps Canvassers will be able to preview a pending knock location, use nearby address suggestions based on the visible map area, and switch between detailed standard and satellite maps. Lead panels will also have a clear close control.
- House numbers on canvassing maps Saved addresses will show house numbers beside map points at close zoom levels, helping canvassers identify the correct door without opening every marker.
- Post-knock attachments Canvassers will be able to add photos or documents after capturing a door lead, with visible upload progress, attachment counts, and errors.
- Lead routing with setter credit Authorized users will be able to reassign a canvassing lead to an eligible teammate while preserving the original setter. Setter attribution will also survive offline knocks that are uploaded after a later session or role change.
- Correctable setter attribution Authorized users will be able to correct a lead’s setter independently from its current assignee.
- Organized door history Knock history will be grouped into collapsible periods such as Today, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, and Older.
- Locate past doors on the map Canvassers will be able to jump from a door-history entry to its exact map location, with the selected door retained and highlighted while the map loads.
- Reliable Android markers Door, lead, and customer markers will remain visible while zooming on Android. Knock markers will also remain available when a linked lead lacks drawable coordinates.
- Role-aware mobile navigation Team members will see only the workspaces and tools allowed by their role, including canvassing, leads, clients, equipment, calendar, systems, and assistant features. The app will route users to their first authorized area and prevent direct links or notifications from opening restricted screens.

- Read-only lead access Users with lead-viewing permission will be able to browse permitted leads without receiving edit rights. Creating leads, changing records, and adding notes will continue to require the appropriate management and record-level access.
- Lead intake context Lead details will show how the lead entered Powerlily, the associated form, and readable custom-field responses. Canvassing leads will be explicitly attributed to that channel.
- Lead document permissions Read-only users will be able to inspect permitted lead photos and files, while uploading will require edit access to the specific lead.
- Private client and system access Client directory access will remain separate from client editing and Systems access. Quote access alone will no longer open the client directory, and users will not see unrelated customer or system data.
- Correct mobile calendar access Users with access to schedule, lead, or quote calendar data will see the appropriate events, including standalone dispatch events for Schedule viewers. Associated records will remain subject to role and record visibility.
- Task actions follow record access Field users will be able to progress tasks they are permitted to work. Creating and editing tasks will be checked against the specific task or quote, and assignee choices will stay within the company.
- Protected workflow assignments Workflow-scoped users will not be able to remove a quote from the workflow that grants their access. Workflow and owner choices will follow the user’s effective role and record scope.
- Role, crew, and branch schedule visibility Mobile schedule blocks will follow crew membership, branch restrictions, and scheduling permissions. Status notifications will reach the appropriate managers and crew members.
- More precise sensitive actions Equipment inclusion changes, safety-form deletion, and conversation-wide editing or deletion will each require their dedicated permission, giving custom roles more precise control.
- Consistent Events terminology The canvassing tab, My Day, lead details, knock workflow, project activity, and notification preferences will consistently call scheduled activities Events.
- Swipe-down panels Canvassing and appointment panels will support natural downward-drag dismissal with smoother distance and velocity handling.
